Apples are typically harvested from late summer through autumn in the UK. Early varieties such as Discovery are available from August to September, followed by mid-season apples like Cox's Orange Pippin, which peak between September and October. Later varieties, including Bramley apples, are harvested from October onwards, with some storing well into winter.
